May 1 Boycot: AKA Finding Illegals

Attention President Bush and Congress. Wondering how to find all the 12 million supposed illegal imigrants in this country? Think it will be hard to find them let alone deport them all? Look on May 1. Every illegal immigrant will be playing hookey from work. Get with the employers to tell you who missed and start there.

Earthlink SUCKS!!!

Let me just rant with 2 words:
EARTHLINK SUCKS!
If you've ever tried to do tech support, you know that the brick wall that is Earthlink mail servers lets NOTHING through, even valid tech support responses to people's emails. They need to really get some decent programmers in there to set up a more automatic approval on any outgoing mail So that people get back responses to the very emails they sent out. Very basic and logical. I guess the dorks at earthlink don't understand logic.

(In)Decision

I've frequently been troubled (philosophically, not emotionally, speaking) by the concept of Free Will. In considering this issue, I've been reading a book called "Indecision". In this book he makes a remarkable question when faced with the issue of his own paralyzing indecision and true nature:
"When we realize we are an animal, how do we keep from becoming a vegetable?"
The flip side to that, of course, is the "abuse" of free will that results in licentiousness or general pursuit of self-interest at the expense of responsibility. (See Romans 1) But I don’t believe that the latter option necessarily supports the position that Free Will is all evil, although some would argue that point especially on a soteriological perspective.
The Clash and the Apostle Paul have something in common after all, this decision/indecision paradox.
Clash: Should I stay or should I go now? If I go there will be troubleAn’ if I stay it will be doubleSo come on and let me knowThis indecision’s bugging me
Paul (Romans 7:18b-20, NET) For I want to do the good, but I cannot do it. For I do not do the good I want, but I do the very evil I do not want! Now if I do what I do not want, it is no longer me doing it but sin that lives in me.
Conclusion? I don't know.
